Start/Stop Support Battery Service Required
I have a 2021 XC90 that I just bought Certified through a dealer. It has had a "Start/Stop Support battery Service required" light on probably 50-75% of the time I have driven the car. Took it in, dealer said it was a "software" issue and it was fixed. Next day light was back on. Now I am told I am the 4th person in the last month with this issue on a newer model XC90, and dealer not sure how to keep it from repeatedly coming on, other than "driving the car more".
Anyone else dealing with this???
Thanks!

Volvo dealer is saying they will likely replace the battery, but that it will probably do nothing to rectify the problem, since it is a software issue. (Current battery is testing fine) Meanwhile my stop/start feature doesn't work, and I always have a service light on. Find it hard to believe that Volvo cannot figure out a way to fix this problem which apparently is impacting many newer XC90's.
Should I be concerned that the car won’t start sometime? So far,the messages started yesterday. I searched in this forum, it says software issue and Volvo cars use main battery to start/stop.

We fixed the problem by selling the totally unreliable piece of crap Volvo and bought a very reliable Toyota RAV4. I don't know anyone in their right mind would buy a car from communist Chinese owned company named Volvo. Software is not their thing obviously.
