Default Starting Issues

Hello, I'm having intermittent starting problem with my new 2006 S60.

The car sometimes does not start on the first attempt, and at times taken three attempts. It sometimes stutters and dies when starting. When it starts, it runs well and has no performance issues.

All routine maintenance was conducted. The fuel pump and FPS was replaced around 60k miles. Also, there are no malfunction lamps lit.

Miles:99k
Recent maintenance:
Oil Changed
Replaced Fuel Filter
Replaced Spark Plugs
Replaced Timing Belt w/ Tensioner/Idler Pulley
Replace FPS

I've been having this issue prior to any of the above maintenance. The maintenance didn't seem to have any performance changes. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!
EDIT:

Just tried starting it, outside temp 67F took > 15 tries to start (first time this has happened). I believe fuel is fine so I'm starting to think it's a coil pack or crank position sensor?
