Default Strange headlight issue and oil smell.

1) First off I have a 2002 S60 AWD. The drivers side headlight is ALWAYS what appears to be on HIGH BEAM? It is not the alignment of the lights either. It is BRIGHT so bad that drivers flip me the finger at night all the time, what could it be?

2) I have an oil smell with no immediately visible oil? Does the valve cover gasket leak out the back where you cannot see it? Turbo oil feed? Any ideas?

3) While on the lift fixing the exhaust I noticed the block where the hard brake lines meet was leaking slightly? I did get to tighten them slightly but haven't checked if the leak stopped. Is this common?

Thanks in advance.

1) Wrong bulb, incorrectly installed bulb, incorrect aim, damaged headlight assembly. Gotta do some checking.

2) Sometimes the cam cover can leak onto the exhaust. Again, gotta do some checking.

3) Not common at all.
