My 2001 S-60 2.4T with 154,000 miles I believe is in need of new struts or shocks I do not know what the replacement would be. I am disabled and can't get down to look under the car. My car rides rough It has Michelin tires about 2 years old(is this a good choice for tires). Or do Volvos usually ride rough? If so could someone tell me the right struts or shocks whatever the case may be. Thanks mstrplmber

 

I have an 06 2.5T and the ride is quite soft and comfortable (35K miles). With 154K miles onyour car, I would guess the front struts/rear shocks would beworn out, even if they were replaced once already.
