Sunroof issue
I purchased a 2019 S60 R Design Polestar about three weeks ago. It's a used CPO and so far, I love it. Last Sunday, I pulled into my garage and attempted to close my sunroof. The sunroof almost closed, then reopened. Attempted a few times and same result. I noticed the wind deflector was down and would not pop up even when the roof opened. Finally, the roof closed, but then went into the vent open mode. I left it in that condition for the next few days and took it to the dealer. At the dealer the roof opened and closed back to the vend mode, as well as the deflector not functioning (I was glad that at least it wasn't reopening).
The next day, deal says that the deflector is broken on both sides and that Volvo may not pay for it, as it's not a mechanical defect, but an accident similar to a side mirror breaking. They're going to try to get it paid for by Volvo, but I don't understand how this could happen. Tech said it may have been broken when sold to me and got worse. The kicker is that I bought the car in Connecticut and live in Pennsylvania. Any thoughts out there? Not happy to pay $500 for a wind deflector.
