Remove the spark plug cover and the 4 screws holding it to the top of the engine.
The one screw holding it to the cross bar. The 4 screws holding the cross bar to the body.

You have to replace the entire aluminum bracket unless you are installing a urethane mount.
If you are you need to press the old plasctic part out.
