Question Torque Setting For Oil Drain & Filter Housing?

Does anyone know what the torque setting should be for the Oil drain plug & the oil filter housing? I'm afraid to over tighten the oil filter housing since its made of hard plastic & the threads may strip if tightened too much. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I assume it's the same across for turbo and non-turbo engines.

Filter housing is 25Nm = 18 lbft
Drain plug is 38Nm = 28 lbft
