TPMS warning?

Default TPMS warning?
My 2013 s60 has 38psi tires. Checked them today and they are all @ 33 psi. Yet I never had a warning? How low do they have to get for the Low Pressure warning to appear?

the tires have to lose 20 percent of the recommended tire pressure that is programmed into the ecm to throw a light
