Default Transmission Problems...Can't find the parts. Can somebody help?!

I have an 03 S60 2.4t automatic with the clutchless manual shifting option.

Recently, the CIL came on and computer read "Transmission Service Required" so I had it towed to a mechanic (because I could not shift into 1st or 3rd gear and didn't want to make it worse).

He ran the codes and two came back as P0700 and P0740.

I understand the 700 is for the TCM which may or may not need to be replaced.

The 740 code is for the torque converter clutch. This I'm positive needs to be replaced but I cannot find the parts anywhere! The dealership has not been returning my calls nor my mechanics calls. I have a friend that owns a indy car dealership and his distributors do not have the part and he is not having any luck with the local franchise dealer either.

Can anybody tell me where to go to find this part? I've been told it's a torque converter clutch solenoid and that it is not a solenoid. If at all possible, I would rather not buy a new tranny as my wallet cannot afford it at this time.

I desperately need my car back and any help from you guys would be much appreciated.

I would give Erie Volvo in PA a call. If they don't have the part, then no one will.
