Exclamation Troubleshooting 2004 Volvo S60 2.5T ECM-919A, ECM-4801A, ECM-261A

Cold weather outside, I started the car let it warm up to operating temp and drove maybe two blocks when it kicked into limp mode, gave me an indicator that there's reduced engine performance. I restarted the vehicle and restored normal driving, pulled back into my driveway and read the following codes: ECM-919A, ECM-4801A. I cleared them chocking it up to cold weather and haven't had them reappear. That week on my days off I tried to recreate the situation and could not with in town or interstate driving. I replaced the battery a few days later with -26F really pushing my lowest price AutoZone battery to its limits if it's relevant.

I drove 230 miles to Minneapolis and right on the last two miles of my commute I start to push the pedal and make a pass, the engine bogged down and sounded to me like it misfired but there were no resulting codes. I immediately eased up when this happened and drove to the parking lot at work, then pulled this code: ECM-261A.

I popped the hood, and noticed my oil level was low by two quarts. Yuck. It's not burning oil, it's leaking. I immediately filled it again. It may be not that horribly fast of a leak, it's just that I'd driven 200 miles min on interstate since the last time I'd checked it. I could see oil collecting on the oil filter housing but don't think it's dripping from there. I'd changed oil in the past few weeks and noticed a small drip develop in my driveway, of course I'll be keeping a real eye on levels now. But I chocked it up to a drip from my oil return line on my turbo. But no horrible carnage when I came back out to the car in this instance. It was dry beneath my car in the parking lot.

My go to course of action on this is replace MAF, then plugs and coils, and spark plugs while I'm there. The reason I haven't had a chance to really troubleshoot the oil leak is because it was -20F when I'm getting off work at 1am and no garage, parking lot not friendly to popping you hood and looking around. Just too cold to do it safely. What's my car telling me here besides that it's to cold out?

1. Identify source of oil leak (Camshaft seal leaking from the top front end of your engine? Turbo seal worsening since last check?) High crankcase pressure could have resulted in popping a seal.
2. Investigate possible vacuum leak using propane stored your trunk while the car is cold and at idle. Don't light the torch of course, but this could identify a problem. Your engine seems to be trying to compensate for something
3. If both of these checks somehow pan out fine which they wont, then proceed to troubleshoot the sensors.

Update - slow oil leak. Doesn't seem to be as significant during normal temperatures, I'm in the process of ID'ing the line to replace. Can't find the part yet.
1. Oil leak coming off of a turbo oil line, not the low pressure return line, but one which makes a bend with rubber hose -- trying to get the part number right now. No PCV system issues, no leaking from cam seals.
