Default Turbo on a base model?

I have a 2002 volvo s60 2.4 litre. I was wondering if I could just take a setup off of a t5 and put it on my engine without upgrading any of the internals. Do the non-turbo engines have different engine components than the same year turbocharged model?

NA engines have a higher compression ratio than turbos and also have different camshaft timing/duration. Not sure if there's anything keeping you from connecting the bits to the block and head other than a lot of work and lots extra parts like a new wiring harness, computer, emissions, radiator, oil cooler, intercooler, exhaust system etc. The practical way of getting a turbo S60 is to sell your car and buy a S60 T5.
