Hey everyone,

I purchased a 2001 s60 2.4 t back in april of 2004. I has been driving fine and everything, but recently i heard from a friend that the stock turbos that they come with wear out after 2 or 3 years, is this true in anyway? Also if anyone knows how much psi those stock turbos have id like to find that out also.

As long as you keep the oil changed like it is supposed to be you shouldn't have any problems at all.Usually the oil sludges up in the turbo causing it to go bad from lack of oil changes.
