Default Turn signal problem

a couple months ago, my turn signals started working intermittently. Now, they will work for about 10 minutes after I start driving and then stop working completely. I just replaced the turn signal switch and its doing the same thing. I checked the 25 amp fuses in the trunk and they were not broken but did look a little burnt on the posts. So I replaced the fuses and was hoping that would fix it. After driving for about 10 minutes this morning, same freaking problem. I am at a loss and don't know what to do next. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions. I'm doing everything I can not to take it to a shop and pain a fortune for this.

I just read on another site that the CEM might be overheating? that would make sense and explain why it takes a few minutes for the problem to start happening. If that is the problem, then how do you fix it? how do you keep the CEM from overheating?
