Default Turn Signal Problem

I think I have my brake light problems figured out, but now I new electrical problem is rearing its ugly head.

My turn signals stopped working. The flasher was buzzing, so I put a new one in. No change. Eventually they won't buzz anymore when turned on.
The four-ways work fine.

Any thoughts?

My guess would have been the relay but you installed a new one I would start looking at the wiring.

Could also be the switch on the steering coulmn.

RESOLVED!

On a hunch I took a multi-meter to things (instead of a test light). Was not getting full power through the fuse. Took it out, used a little emory cloth. Now I have turn signals again.

Thanks for the help everyone.
