Hello! I'm having a problem with my turning signal. All the lights are on, the turn signal in the dash makes the sound and flashes rapidly but the lights outside the car don't and remain completely still. I'm trying to see if I can fix this myself. I've read another thread in this forum about the same problem but nothing conclusive (besides some suggesting to change the light sockets in the headlamps) was said.

I have checked the fuses and they are OK.

One thing I should mention is that, before this problem, the turning signal switch in the steering wheel wouldn't switch the turning lights on to either side unless i played with it a little and then hold it.

Hazard lights don't work either.
