Two fast Qs: Xenon upgrade & Ashtray
Hi all, I just got a used Volvo s60 2003 at less than30 miles.
Everything was new and great except of the missing ashtray. I spent some time looking in the Internet and I finally found a picture.

Now, my question is, can I get this thing from a Volvo dealer? and at what price? cause these small things normally cost a furtune.
My second question which is very important is, can I convert my front normal halogen headlights to xenon? do I just buy a new xenon lamps or do I have to replace the whole headlights and replace the wires? and if I ust replace the bulbs, is that safe and doesn't cause the bulbs holders to melt or sthg?
Please help and I'll be greatful.

Yes you can get that part at a volvo dealer, i replaced mine when it broke. As for the xenons, all you have to do is buy a Hid Conversion kit for the right type of bulb your vehicle uses which will be an h7. You connect the factory connectors to the kits and mount the ballast, drill a hole in the cover torun the additional wiresand connect all the wires. Maybe a 1 hour job max.

You go and buy an HID kit. I suggest buying from SharpHID. John is a great person to deal with and will answer all your questions. Also a LIFETIME warranty is a great thing to have.
The install is very straight forward and takes about 15-30 minutes a side.
