Post upgrade to 19t for the t5

[U]2002 volvo s60 t5. 102000 km
this is what im doing.
last week my td04hl-16t craped out. so i bought a td04hl-19t.
my turbo should show up posible tuesday... what im going to do is port and polish it then in install it. i understand there will be no power increase cause its running under stock programaing. and will only pump out 10psi.
what i have done to my car now is port and polished turbo (td04hl-16t) full 2.5 inch exhaust with cat delete, muffler delete, and a decent spacer on my o2 sensor to fool my ecu to get no C.E.L my car has been like this for the last 5 months and has been running good. but in the past month it has lost power i think its casue the o2 sensors have quit cause of handling them. but also maybe could it be the turbo control valve. i have no codes or hiden codes, the 2500$ scanner at work couldnt see anything wrong
i also have a cone filter for better air flow..
my power goal is 320 hp to the wheels. from what iv looked up the automatic asinwarner transmission will only handle 350 before it makes to much heat to handle the power, heat is very bad for automatics...
with my goel in mind iv been thinking.. what do i need to get here. ideas were.
turbo**
exhaust**
fmic
and tune form ipd.**
what i know im going to do 1st is port and polish the hot side of the turbo. next put the turbo on the car, next ill be adding a 3inch downpipe and full 3inch catless exhaust with one longer glasspack. the next thing i will do is install a bigger better tranny cooler. so i can reliable run 320 hp. next have the tuning done by ipd... the turbo and exhasut will be completed this month and ill have the software and tranny cooler done by the end of Augest. i hope to see 300 hp out of this. to get that extra 20 hp i think it will be from the front mount intercooler posible done over the winter.
has there been anyone that has done this yet running the me7 programing. what did you do to acheve the power and what do you have in power. also what is your ideas on doing the turbo and exhuast before the tune. it s not like im going to be racing it. it will just be for driving to work and back.
will i have to upgrade my injectors the the green ones with this kind of power goal? will i have to upgrade my fuel pump? will i have any problem driving my car with no tune for the time being?
once i have to turbo home ill take lots of pictures for the install. and lots for the exhaust. i hope to be able to teach some people out there how to make power out of your s60 and i hope to learn a few things along the way.

It will not run higher boost but it will definitely make more power because it is bigger and more efficient.
