V60 Piston Ring Replacement and Related Issues
Being new to the forum, if this topic has been discussed, please point me to some of the threads.
I have a 2015 V60 T5 (4 cylinder turbo) with ~50k on it. Dealer just replaced the piston rings under warranty and when we got the car back it has significantly more vibration and is much louder than before. This is my second V60 and prior to the work being done the car sounded and performed just like my older car. Anyone ever hear of this issue? Dealer said there are no leaks, no fault codes and "can't replicate the problem". Also now when the Turbo spools up the car has a much louder "buzzy" sound to it.
Any feedback would be welcome.
