Just got one of these on a 48 mo. company lease, and the seat/suspension is killing my back so I need your help.

I drove a V60 Inscription on a long trip with no problems, and the main difference in terms of ride quality is the seats and the suspension. It's pretty difficult to change the seats, which are very firm in the R-Design trim, so I think the best way forward is to raise the suspension to Inscription/Momentum level.

Did Volvo change the dampers in the R-Design, or did they just apply a different set of springs with a 15mm lower ride?
