Hi my name is Jeffrey my wife's volvo when we got it worked then it stopped working cyz of engine control module n transmission module were bad, bought the parts n put the new modules in.. charged the battery but it's been sitting outside all winter in minnesota, I put heart in the gas lines n seafoam, it turns over n wants to start, but it's not starting, I need help, maybe gas lines r frozen cuz it didn't sounds like it's getting any gas.. what should I do? Plz help
