2012 s60, coming up on 120 00 km's. As I understand it the CCV on these cars are internal? It's not anywhere in the maintenance schedule but I'm wondering if the dealer can scan the car to make sure it isn't clogged as on older cars (which I'm more familiar with) this is an inexpensive part I would have had changed several times by now.

 

We can't scan any car to check the PCV. It is checked by measuring the vacuum in the crankcase via the oil dipstick tube.

 

Thanks for this! knew CCV sounded wrong to, I'm going to ask the dealer to check the PCV this oil change. Wonder what are the odds on them actually doing it vs just saying they did lol.
