Default Volvo S60 buyer guide

Hello everyone,
I am looking at buying an s60 around the year of 2001. I would prefer a manual but I would consider an automatic. I have around a $2000-$4000 budget and this is a second car for myself. I found that 120000 to 150000 miles is what I am looking at.
I found a 2003 s60 manual with 150000 miles with the 2.4 NA motor. Is there anything specific I should be worried about?
I wanted to get some input from you guys that know these cars! Thanks for any input.

At the least, you will avoid the automatic transmission problems associated with the 2001-2002 models.

Other than that. Any other outstanding issues to look at. Such as water pump or timing belt? I have heard these engines can last for a long time if maintained well.
