Default volvo s60 ecu upgrade

Ive had my volvo S60 D5's ecu upgraded to 210 bhp. The problem I have is at 2000 rpm in 4th and 5th gear under full throttle, the drive shaft vibrates for around 400 rpm then the vibration stops. Ive been informed by the company doing the upgrade that the driveshaft will cope with the vibration. Is there anyone out there that has any views on this.

CHEERS !

What Chip (ECU tuner) are you using?

And from what I know, it shouldn't do that.

My 1999 S70 awd with ECU upgrade doesn't do that to my knowledge.

Hi
Its a RICA ecu upgrade, its the 2nd stage upgrade which takes the torque to 475nm. Im led to believe that the car is ok up to 435nm.

Your going to have to turn that number into American Horsepower and Torque numbers for me.

RICA is a really good company to deal with. However I don't think this should be happening.

TECH should come in here and answer if he can.

Also check out Volvospeed and see what they say.

475Nm of torque >?>? are you serious ? I doubt stock components can handle that much torque over a long period
