Need help Volvo 2012 s60 t5 No boost wast gate doesn’t open - code said misfire on cylinders 3&5? Could my turbo be gone 120,200 miles on car?

 

The wastegate opens to limit/prevent boost (it bypasses the exhaust away from the exhaust impeller, sending the exhaust directly to the catalytic converter) -

If you have miss fire codes - swap coils to good cylinders (and check compression, check and replace plugs if old) to see if the miss-fire moves to a different cylinder.
