washer not spraying
Windshield washer is not spraying.
Fluid in reservoir.
Wiper blades are working.
The pump is getting power. I removed the reservoir, and noticed that the pump will only "pump" for about 1 second.....even when the wash "button" is continuously held.
No fluid at all comes out of the valves on the hood or headlights.

Is the pump getting power for all of the time the wash button is pressed or is it just getting power for the time that it pumps?
If power all of the time then I would say the pump is the most likely problem.
