Im thinking of getting a 2004 model, so tell me pros and cons and what are the best years to get.

 

I've owned a 2004 s60 2.5t for 2.5 yr. It is tight and fast. Every time I drive it, I just love it. Unfortunately, however, at this age there is some pricey maintenance, namely timing belt and water pump. Yours may be operating fine, but I am given to understand that if these things are not done, the result could be catastrophic to your engine. That being said, the s60 is my 3rd Volvo, and by far, my favourite.
