What is Normal amount of battery drain when car is off?

ok more bizarre behavior, i was out testing the current draw, and with all the fuses in, i would lock the car and in about 30 seconds it would drop to .02A which seems normal, and it has 12.24V on the battery, but now the car wont start, I get a single Click noise when trying to turn the car over, would that be a starter??? alternator??? voltage regulator?

ok so i did another parasitic draw test, and after the car goes into sleep i am reading .020A that seems normal yes?
It still is leaving me with a dead battery after a few days, i am suspecting i have a bad battery that while i can charge it to a full 12V it perhaps isnt holding charge? I bought it from autozone, they test it with their little handheld thing and say its fine. Not sure what else to do except do the battery anyway? thoughts?

i just used a hydrometer and 1 cell is much lower than the other, I am about to go out of town for 5 days, i will leave it in the garage and then check the voltage when i get home. I have a feeling its a bad battery no matter what the tools at autozone say.
