Default Won’t start ONLY when freezing.

Good morning,

this is my third winter with my Volvo S60. When it reaches below 32 degrees it won’t start. I have out a new battery and even had it to a foreign car shop who I ended up fighting with because he called me to pick it up after having it six days and said he just didn’t know what it was. And tried to charge me 900 dollars for labor ! Even after putting a new battery in.

omve the winter is over the car starts and runs like a charm!

last night it was 31 degrees and it won’t start again. It tries to start but won’t.

anhine know what this is before I put money out for a diagnosis and it’s wrong now it’s fixed ?

when you say it won't start - does it crank over and if not do you hear any clicks etc? Have you checked any fuses/circuits for voltage with the key off then on?

When I turn the key it cranks and tries to start. Sounds like it’s trying to get fuel. I have replaced the battery also. I had this prob last year and when spring came it was fine. Battery was replaced last year when i I thought the problem was the battery.
