I have a 2004 V70 and I was told by one mechanic that I had an ECM problem so I swapped it for a used one but of course it didn't work because after doing my own research I found out it has to be programmed first. The old one was put back in but now the car won't start. It cranks but won't turn over. Any ideas what the problem can be?
