1998 s70 t5 radiator connection to upper hose broken

What do You think about my idea? Plumbers do not replace the whole heating radiator because of broken pipe?

Anybody knows what is this metallic thing in the radiator connector & where to get one like this?

Replace the radiator. Autozone sell life time warranty ones.
Yon can see the aluminium crimps are corroding in the picture. Even if you managed to fix this, the other part of the radiator will fall apart soon.
