Default 1998 S70 Turbo

The lady from the volvo dealership just called me and she said that she has a 1998 volvo s70 turbo for sale, its black, with black leather interior and i dont know how much they are asking for, but i say maybe 7,000 or less? because she told me that she was thinking of 8k, i told her no way because i found an S70R for 7.8k from the same year, so the turbo model should be a lot less like 6.5k? what do you think its the normal price

How many miles are on it?

I mean I don't think I would pay more then 5,500 bucks for it. 6,000 tops.

go to autotrader and look up '98 T-5's w/ 100k+. $7500 sounds a little high depending on the body/interior/miles. there was a car on there w/ 157k for 5,500, another for 6,000 w/ 144k. a dealer is always going to have a higher mark-up due to liabilites (even w/ a used car). also, is this a GLT LPT or a T-5 HPT?

I paid $6500 for my T5 with 80K on it. I looked up the blue book value and it was $6600-7900 depending on the condition. However, once the mileage goes above 100k the value drops off pretty quick to about $5700-7000.
