1998 S70 won't pass Ca smog high NO
I recently purchased a 1998 S70. I took it in today to have it smogged for transfer of ownership and it failed because of high NO. Here are the readings:

I'm thinking it's the oxygen sensors but would like to get some other opinions before spending $350+ on parts. Thanks for your help.
