Smile 1999 S70 with 193000 miles
I am new in Volvo family, I interest in purchasing a 1999 S70 AWD with 193000 miles (dealer is asking for $2000), is this a good price?
What should I pay attention when test drive it..etc?

Hi and welcome to the site.

It depends on what is wrong with it? All 13 year old cars have somethings wrong with them. Check out the buyer's guide in the 850 DIY section.
