2000 S70 GLT turbo will not start
2000 Volvo S70 GLT turbo will not start
Drove to work just fine. Car had been running very well. Would not start at lunch.
Towed home.
No check engine light. (light goes out when cranking)
Scanned, no codes present.
Starter will turn over engine, I verified camshaft belts rotating.
Verified spark present on # 2 plug.
Fuel rail is under pressure, can smell fuel at exhaust after trying to crank.
Added a squirt of gas into plastic air tube before throttle body, no luck in starting.
Getting spark & fuel, I firmly believe, but will not start.
Ok, what am I missing?
Could it be the camshaft position sensor? Is there a way to check it with a volt/ohm meter?
Thanks !
