Thanks!

Yes it is priced higher because its from a shop. Not private party! That car doesn't even have wood on the dash! Looks clean though and low mileage... It should be priced at $3,500.00

agreed, it's a shop, only positive is that you should be able to get a free carfax and they hopefully have a history of it. I would say 4500 max is what it's worth. I wouldn't pay above 4 for it though, plus it's a glt, so it has a small turbo.

i think thats way over priced i would keep looking.. i got a tremendous deal on my s70 mines a 98 GLT with 150k miles and im the 2nd owner, i have every service record from the day it was new, and they had it at the dealer every 10k miles for the services and everything was just relaced 10k ago and the car is in mint cond. the white paint is perfect and rims have 0 scuffs and i paid only 2500$ for it.. its literally almost in brand new condition.. i would keep searching for a better s70

Don't be knocking little Turbos, because my cute little GLT turbo will walk yours all day EVER day !

My GLT, I am the 3rd owner. 93k miles. She's still young! But I agree, nothing above 4k.

I would pay 4k for a GLT, but it depends.... The pic of that GLT seems very basic. No spoiler, no wood trim, basic radio. I have seen a few 98's that were super CLEAN with wing, upgraded wheels and other potions and the leather was short of new. Keep looking out there. There are cars like that with full service histories worth 4k.. When you see it, you will know, but for now, I would pay no more than 3K for the one on the link!

I concur. I would pay 4k for a GLT, but not a base base model like that one is. That's as simple as the GLT's came. I at least need wood grain and black leather. But that's just me.

I find your take interesting Somthngfrce; I actually prefer the basic stock look; much rather have a "wolf in sheep's clothing" than vice-versa. When we bought the wife's car (2001 Saturn) we had to get it from out of state because that's the only way i could get one without a wing on the trunk lid!!

But I also agree with the consensus; for some reason Volvo 850s and early S70s really get a premium around here. Even still this one is at least $1500 to $2000 over-priced!

Thanks all!
