Default 99 S70 wont pump fuel wont fire

Replaced the transmission has not been able to start since. It will turn over but will not start. Any ideas?

Check fuel pressure. Can you hear the fuel pump prime (in the back area)? If you have none try to jump the fuel pump relay. If that doesn't work check for spark. If you have no spark you likely have a cam position sensor out or unpluged.

Who did the tranny swap?

it just isn't getting juice to the pump. Checked the relay and cam position sensor looks good - think it is a wireing issue? My 20 yr old grandson purchased this car for $500 - he did the tranny swap - car ran before swap just wouldn't shift. Now it won't start.
