I forgot I also took the tcv off of a good running car with no change and also a purge valve as I have recently learned why I had a hard starts after putting gas in my car. So I thought maybe something happened that it was stuck open allowing extra fuel vapors. The way the car runs it almost sounds like it is getting to much fuel. Also had a friend here one day and he said it seems like it was getting to much fuel by the way it was running. He's not a volvo guy but said he had injectors go before and it ran rough as they were spraying to much fuel. Thats what got me thinking about having them tested.

Before you get them tested, can you take a good injector off one of the other cars you have and swap it into the cylinder of the car that is running bad? Just make sure you have the O rings seated properly before you start it up. If it is a bad injector that should point it out.

The other cars I have do not have the same color injectors, and at the u pull I went to none of them were the same either. There was one vehicle there that had different color injectors and the only number different on the one side was the one was a zero and one was a one. I didn't know if them spraying a different amount of fuel would cause any problems.

I didn't get a chance to check the wires yet but sometime this week I will get the chance and I will post weather I find anything.

I guess I could take the injector out and move it to another cylinder and see if my unburnt fuel problem moves to that cylinder.
