Default bad injector?

I finally managed to clean ETM today, but during the process I probably did something wrong. I forgot to disconnect battery, and while I was wrenching ETM bolts, I hit something near the transmission dip stick under the intake vacuum line, and there was a brief spark. I thought it was the starter or something but I am not sure. I disconnect the battery and finished the job. when I drove on a highway, the accelerator pedal suddenly started feeling stiff and didn't accelerate. I saw the CEL and the arrow came on dash. I pull it to side, turn off the engine and restarted, but the car didn't even move. I had OBDII reader in the glove box. So, I checked the code and it was P0201 'injector circuit open cylinder 1'. I checked the injector fuse but seemed ok. I left the engine off for a while, then the car magically started running again. Did I fry my injector? or Is it my ETM going bad? Mine is 99 S70 T5.

It might have just been a fluke. See if it happens again.

60 miles since the incident, and the problem hasn't come back yet. But the ETS light came back. I have very stable idle rpm. The only strange thing is that the cruise control work only when ETS light is on (not off). ETS ligjt usually comes on when it is about to rain. So, ETM cleaning didn't change anything.
