Can anyone recommend a best repair manual for 99 S70 T5?

The best thing that you can get your self is the Haynes manual for the car. You don’t say where you live but the link below will take you to the manual that covers your car from the UK site. If you live else ware then look around for your local Haynes web site. If they don’t sell then in your country of residence then eBay I am sure will be the best place. The one on the site below states that it covers your car.

I have used a number of manuals from this company and they are the best I have ever found. Each manual is written based on mechanics doing a complete strip down and rebuild of each car and they have great step by step instructions with detailed photographs. Also all the settings are there for each car (talk settings, tire pressures, and fluid specs (oil, coolant, etc etc)). Also wiring diagrams are included, should the dreaded electrical gremlins surface.

Thanks, I was thinking Haynes would be the way to go. Now my only problem is finding one fast. I was hoping to change my rear brake pads this weekend but would like the manual first. I'm in the DC area. Anyone know any place local I can pick one up? In DC or Maryland.

 

How about a local autoparts store, possibly Wal-Mart and possibly a bookstore too.

 

Funny thing is both Autozone and Advanced Auto said they not only do not carry it in stock but for some unkown reason they can not order it either. This is for a 99 S70, anybody else run into this problem? I did find iton amazon and on ebay so looks like I will have to go that route.
