I need to replace a bumper on my girlfriend's 1999 S70. It is the model that had the headlamp washer and wipers.

I would like to swap on a bumper without the holes for the wipers and washer nozzles as her wipers are not functioning anyway. Is there as way this can be done?

Yes you can go with the one without the wipers.

 

Thank you. Is there anything I need to do to fit the bumper? I.e. remove washer assemblies or anything I should expect to have to change, or is it a straight bolt up for the new one.

I've tried searching this topic before posting but I could not find any info on the wiper to NO wiper bumper swap.

 

You will need to remove the wiper system from the car, other than that, nothing.
