Default Can I check hoses at bottom of washer tank without removing bumper?

2009 XC70 T6

I've got a leak right below the washer fluid reservoir--a steady drip that empties it completely. When it does have fluid, all five sprayers work fine. I suspect a loose or cracked hose/connector.

Is there any way I can get a look at the connections, all of which are near bottom of the reservoir, without completely taking apart the front of the car?

Thanks

It's usually the headlight washer hose, which can be seen by removing the fender liner. However, to replace the hose, the bumper is removed. Or you can try to patch it I suppose.
