Default Car keeps stalling

I just got my 2000 v70 wagon back from the mechanic. I originally took it in because it was stalling and he replaced the temp sensor. I got it home and it leaked coolant all over the driveway so I took it back next day and he said he forgot to replace the gasket ( ideot) on the way home stalled again. It also seems to take forever to heat up temp gauge slow to move too.
Any suggestions????

I would bet on that sensor being possibly bad. Was it replaced with a VOlVO one or aftermarket? Also when was your thermostat last replaced?

Since you don't know when the thermostat was changed I would do that ($12) and check on the sensor. I personally use the VOLVO blue box parts for sensors.....but that's just me
