Does anyone know,if a bad fuel pump trigger that code at all,my car hesitates at times I thought it was bad Spark plugs,but i got new ones nothing changed. i check all the vacuum lines no leak, next to change, will be the purge and shut off valve.

by the way if someone has working ones Sell them to me.
my car is 1998 non-T.

Thanks for your answer,but it was a combination of weird ****, there was a small hole in the purge valve hose and then somehow my rotor was all shredded cut in half.
I replaced both and all is fine.
