Default cool down fan for turbo ?

The car has an electric fan. It is not for the turbo but the engine compartment in general. If the engine is hot when you shut the car off, it will likely run for a few minutes. As for the turbo, you need to let the car cool down a little if you have been running it hard before you turn it off or you can cause oil to cook in the turbo.
