Default Cylinder head interchange question???

I am looking at a used head for my car- I have real noisy lifters and its just easier for me to swap the head vs pulling the cams. (did the O rings already)
My car has vin#53 this is a B5234 T3. The head I am looking at is off VIN#56 B5254T. Mine is a 1998 V70 wagon-the other one is also from a 98 S 70.
DO these interchange ok?
The price is right, its way lower miles than mine! I tried to search and really didnt get any results!
Thanks for your help...

I am getting closer to figuring it out. My car has the 240hp high pressure turbo and is a 2.3 liter.
The head I am looking at is off of a car with the low pressure t urbo that is a 2.4 liter.
Does that help at all? Seems rather silly to have different heads for the same engine- anyone??

I think some of the main factors are air pump or not. I know an air pump head will not work on a non air pump motor.
If it is the same between the 2 cars it should work.

This is becoming quite the mystery but in a fun way!
The 5254s comp ratio is 10.3:1 with a 83mm stroke
The 5234t3 is 8.5:1 with a 81mm stroke.
So obviously mine has t he lower compression ratio- question is is do they shave the head to get it lower??
If I figure it out I will post the answer- can you say OCD!!!
