dash removal vs other jobs on this thing?
I need to remove the dash in my 99 s70 t5 so I can put the dash I got at the junkyard in.
now it was a pain but not really bad to remove .
How does changing out the PVC system rate compared to the dash job?
also if I make it that far in the repair department, should I change the oil cooler lines then since they a prone to leak and car has 170K on it ?
I am not that experienced with this car. I have delayed all this for months

PCV is a 4 where as the dash is a 3. To me it's all about the instructions you have to work with and tools you'll need. It will take 4 to 5 hours the first time. If it needs to be done you need to do it ASAP.
The oil cooler lines are not near the PCV system.

ok well I am just trying to do it all while I have the time and motor is somewhat open.
I havnt actually seen where the oil cooler lines run. I have looked at removal posts.
the dash was actually not bad getting it out. just time.
I got an exhaust leak too now right where the turbo meets the exhaust pipe flange.

Old cars will always have something needing to be done to them to keep them in good running condition. Beats the heck out of car payments.
Also, having a good hobby will help keep us out of trouble.
