Default difference between keyless remotes

one question: what is the difference among these remotes? ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting 9166200

I see there is panic button on first picture, but will both fit each s70? mine is 1998 s70 GLT

Mine has an alarm, In my owners manual I see remote with panic button, so I did not want to buy missing remote..

And one, what do you think about this procedure of reprogramming remote? Will it work?

"If you have a red security light in the dash of your vehicle, you will be able to manually program this remote. If you do not have a red security light in the dash of your vehicle then you will have to take this to the dealer for programming. To manually program this remote, ensure that all doors, hood, and trunk are closed. Insert key into ignition, turn key to position #2 and back to off at least 5 times in ten seconds. The LED indicator should start to flash, leave ignition on. Once indicator starts you have 15 seconds to program remote. Press the lock button on the remote. The indicator LED lighting for about 2 seconds acknowledges the programming."

The red button is just a panic button as all 98 s70s have the alarm. they are notoriously hard and expensive to program (dealer only as far as I know) .How about some more info on this company (website) - I'm down to one myself and wouldn't mind a spare if I didn't have to sell a kidney to pay for it.
