I am putting in a quart of oil every couple of weeks though I don't drive alot.
Using Mobil 1 Synthetic.
I don't see oil on the driveway, so I think I must be burning it.
The car does smoke more than I think it should, especially in freezing weather.
What would be the culprit, and how should I address it.
Any help would be appreciated.

 

Is it turbo or Non?
Maybe have a compression test and leakdown test done.
Look under the car really good for oil.

 

Yes, it is a low pressure turbo.

 

Ok then the turbo might be going bad burning the oil.
But do like I said above and inspect for leaks good. Look for traces of oil on the Rear Bumper.
