Hello Guys

Im looking to get new Brake Pads and Rotors for my 1999 S70. Just wondering if anyone here has those Bosch QuietCast Brakes. If so would anyone recommend them.

 

curious of your interest here? Their secret sauce is that the shim is part of the brake pad backing itself - an interesting concept but I've had good luck with just installing factory pads + shims with brake grease. I suppose if they are priced competitively there's not really a downside. I'd be interested in seeing if anybody has had them on for a year or more.

 

I've been wondering the same. I was considering getting a set for my BMW, because they're cheaper than Duralast from Autozone.
