door lock issue

door lock issue
passenger side door does NOT UNlock when i use buttons in car...it can only be unlocked manually...
funny thing is...that it DOES lock when i use the button....perhaps some wd40 will solve the issue?
or maybe its gravity related???????!!
please help figure this one out...
